I like lava, but i love how well the interior goes with firestorm. It goes well with other interiors, but it kind of clashes with lava.

Haha true true. I'll be the first to admit that black wheels look amazing on the Hot Lava, but I like it just as much on the Firestorm.

I will say that I haven't seen many Hot lavas at night or at all, I'll withdraw and hold my statement for now xD
At least my area North Jersey, I don't see many Hot lavas compared to Firestorms, if OP does get the hot lava it'll be more unique in that sense I think...

My biased opinion is Firestorm of course but i will say that hot lava looks great. i remember when i was taking my wife's car in for service a few years back i saw a rs 9.0 XB which was also a lava but i didn't care for it at all it was more of a burnt color look and that was in the right lighting plus the XB doesn't have the body lines for it to accent. with that being said when i saw the FRS in lava i was absolutely stunned by Toyota for making it work unlike it did in the XB. I would still choose firestorm until they release a RS with a similar color to my wife's XB RS 8 which is similar to the color on the cartel customs targa top FRS at SEMA this year

If you want a rare color, hot lava is the way to go. You will definitely get more attention on the road.

I'm not a fan of the Hot Lava (burnt orange I'd call it).

Yet that color seems to be the most sought after color by the twenty somethings.

Therefore, Hot Lava= better resale value than any other color.

Actually if you take this forum as a representative group (I get that it is skewed) then the Lava tends to be "older" drivers.
The younger guys seem to go for black or white.
Because of the pearl paint the colour can only really be called burnet orange on a dull day. It can range from safety cone orange right up to gold in the sun.
