Haha just cruise during the morning sessions since they are more strict during that time and WOT in the afternoon. The roving mic is also more strict during the AM vs PM. Also, you can ask to drive a couple laps to get a decibel reading.
They have races where the AM groups are the quieter cars whereas the PM groups are filled with big engines. They too have dB restrictions, just more friendly in the afternoon.

It's been seen haha more so in the morning than afternoon. Perhaps on selected days or selected clubs, I dunno. Unpredictable as it is annoying, as they say but at least the PM sessions receives less flags.
