Vis amg hood

Has anybody put the vis amg hood on the brz? When I was on the vis website the hood only came up on the frs and not the brz.

Im only asking because my buddy said it may not fit but I dont see why it wouldn't.

He's saying that because a lot of ppl have pretty bad fit problems with aftermarket body parts. The parts may not line up perfectly and the installer may have to do some work to get it to fit.

Most posts u will find on this hood on this forum are positive ones.

He was saying something about the headlight being different and the hood might not fit because of that. I have the amg trunk and it was 100% match to stock fitment.

The headlight housing is the same, it's just the insides that are different as well as some cosmetic stuff on the outside. Also, I think the part of the headlight that's "different" (aside from the internals) is the part where it meets the front bumper. That being said, I believe the FRS and BRZ share the exact same hood. AFAIK, only the front bumper cover is different on the cars.

Can anyone confirm?
