At first I thought it was damaged. Then I realized they meant to do that.

Those gaps have to be there so the wing can swing into place to form the shoulders when it transforms into Sciotron!

I agree though it looks unbalanced.

I've never understood that whole "3/4's of a fender" thing either...

Loved how it was kept NA and given parts from previous toyotas such as the ITBs. Look forward to seeing and hearing a video clip of this thing with its NA set up.

I'm wondering, can you actually turn this car? Looking at the pics, I only see one where the wheel is turned, and it's only turned a little bit, and it's stationary. If you turn the thing all the way to lock, does the tire catch the fender and rip all that stuff off the front of the car?

Sure, and he can also jog all over town in a 1960s Batman costume making strange whooping noises, but that doesn't prohibit anyone from expressing the opinion that there's something wrong with his choices.

Or just tailgate somebody in their 60s Batmobile!
My fault mind you as I was driving really slow and screaming at the wife "get a picture"!
I do think the angle she got fit the theme well though.

Nice to see some real craftsmanship and not some quick patch job.
I also like the fact that he kept it NA...
The wing and big rubber is not my preference.. but it's does make the car stand out, For sure
kudos for the overall build and not doing it the easy way..

+1. Love the color, I would have bought mine in that color in a heartbeat had it been available. Otherwise it's just not my bailiwick.

Helps vent the wheel wells, look at a DTM or JGT car.

Nice to see some real body mods, and not just bolt-ons!

Also expect it to have Weld wheels, based on the name, lol.
