After a bad experience with longo I started going to carson or west covina (kind of a diamond in the rough). Way better service.

The sales was great experience, but Long service suck. 4 hours for oil change. Unprofessional service staff. I prefer Puente hills Toyota.

I came here three times when shopping fr my fr-s and none of the employees even asked if i needed help. They were all just standing around chatting about. Was really quick to decline my negotiation offers and turned the shoulder saying they dont trade with other dealers for the color i want because they're the largest toyota dealership in socal. Fast forward 5 months when i finally got my twin (cerritos), i came for a free oil change, they kept my car over night, left my windows opened, parked it outside in the dirt, removed my floor mats, and trampled over everything. It looked like a farm inside. They just told me to email hr.
