How does the JDL EUL header do in comparison to Tomei? Which do you recommend for an Innovate SC tuned car?

Both headers are nice options, the JDL UEL will typically make a bit more power and definitely has a nicer fit and finish with the attention to detail that comes with a specialized shop like JDL. We've had positive experiences with both Tomei and JDL setups on Innovate supercharged vehicles. If you can afford the extra bit, I'd put the JDL on my own car.

Sound is great; it's got the classic burble. With the stock catback it is still fairly quiet when you are cruising. Cold starts are a bit raspy, but you can easily tune that out by adjusting the cold start timing in your map. The car feels hella torquey and has fantastic low end. On my OFT E85 tune, the infamous dip was basically nonexistent and the power band felt very linear. Overall, definitely a purchase that was well worth it, especially considering that it is priced very well.

Unfortunately, no. I got a Perrin 3" soon after posting that and have been running that ever since. With the Perrin, it's pretty loud, but not unbearably so.

I have Tomei's UEL header and a Private Label track pipe.
Honestly, after installing my stock catback again, it was way too quiet for me. Cold starts have a bit of a rumble, but you really have to get on it to hear it. I haven't heard it from the outside, but from the inside driving it, it wasn't much louder than the full stock exhaust system.
