Some data is required other than the description. Zach is out until Monday and Bill has been tuning and working on FF kits all day, best to send an email and you should get a response by Monday.

Posting in an open forum looking for immediate tech assistance can be like shooting into the dark. Most vendors are far too busy to sit lurking on forums waiting for a bite.

I smoke tested again lastnight. no leaks that I can find... the data logs are fine is what I was told.
at idle the bov hangs open.
when I pull up to a light and drop to neutral it all but stalls and bounces, to the point where I can see my lights dim.
if I am in stop and go it will occasionally stall, then It wont refire if its warm.
trust me its not a vacuum leak.

If the BOV is hanging open at idle this is why you are stalling. It should be shut at idle. Open at idle is a huge leak. If this is the case there is nothing your tuner can do to remedy the mechanical issue.

There is no leak besides the bov. A stiffer spring makes it run worse.. it's been tested many times. I am not the only person with this issue.

Actually you should be running at the very least a 12psi spring in your BOV. Running any SOFTER will make things worse. On other cars, softer is okay, but Subaru's run much more vacuum than your average vehicle and hence need a stiffer spring. We're starting to see several people with issues like this and if it isn't a vacuum leak, it always ends up being that they're running far too soft of a BOV spring.

PS - Sorry I haven't been responding, been on a weekend vacation.

Sincerely,

Zach

You asked for assistance, I offered it freely. Take my advice for what it is worth. I am certain that your experience and the interweb at your fingertips trounces any knowledge or experience I might have.
