I'd keep the stock airbox and not install the intake, as we've seen that it heat soaks quickly and tends to kill power.

We're still waiting on a few of the unicorns to the best of my knowledge. Also been sidetracked with getting these Flex Fuel kits out, which is happening right now! More on this to come though.

Sincerely,

Zach

Just a quick update. We have refined the Flash & Go tune a bit more for the Sprintex 210+ so you can now run these kits on your FRS/BRZ/86 now and have a tuning solution. We now have a couple of these kits/tunes running in South Africa with FlexFuel too boot. Usually we see about 10% more power on these kits over the standard 210 kits.

We have also implemented the Closed Loop Fueling correction on the 210+ kits along with our own unique traction control configuration for launch control and overall better grip when torque is a problem. It is also scaled with ethanol so as the power goes up the traction control becomes more effective even to 600whp.

In terms of stability and smoothness, which tune do you recommend for the innovate/sprintex sc kits, F&G vs. the MAF tune? Can you explain a bit on how you were able to compensate for the intake oscillations getting picked up by the MAP sensor?

We only provide the standard Innovate tune to all customers running standard 210 kits. Only customers running the 210+ kits can utilize the Flash & Go tunes.

Since the stock MAP sensor maxes out at 5psi, and only the port fuel injectors respond to the oscillations you're referring to, we don't see any issue above 5 psi. And below 5psi, we're running almost entirely DI, which doesn't react to the oscillations, so the cars don't run into any issues from it.

Sincerely,

Zach

Yep, if I'm not mistaken you can get the 210+ through Sprintex USA. This mostly applies to our customers in South Africa though. Lots of 210+ kits over there.

Sincerely,

Zach

Are you guys at work today or super busy? I've been trying to call and even messaged Bill. Would like to get you guys to send me the standard tune for the flash and go with the e85. Need to get the SLOFRS up and running today. Thanks!

Thanks Zach. All taken care of. Just need to get a check valve for my catch can asap or route the line to a t-fitting to the intake hose. This setup I have was never intended to see boost. Wish Mike would of told me that.

Zach and Bill,

I've been trying to contact you guys since last week. I have spoken to Zach and you were to talk to Bill. But at this point, neither one of you have gotten back to me. Someone please get back to me if you are able to perform this upgrade or not.

Radium does not specify the need for any check valve with their dual can system:
http://www.radiumauto.com/Catch-Can-...RZ86-P374.aspx

That is why none was recommended.
