You can't. Or more accurately many have searched but none have found. That is why there are so many How Too comments for paint, plastidip, etc.

I purchased my OEM Toyota emblems through ebay. I came across a few black ones but they were priced more (extra $20-40, I assume they just painted over the OEMs; correct me if I am wrong) than the standard silver you find on Toyotas. I decided to spray paint them myself to save some money while getting the color I want. Plastidip will hold out and makes changing the color a whole lot easier (spray and peel) but I am not a fan of the finish. If you plan on swapping the scion badges for Toyota, well the set-up couldn't be easier. The badges are alone and you can customize them however you want! Scour the market for the perfect black finish you're looking for and hit it with some clear coat after the finish. Just make sure you take the time when spraying as doing it half-arsed will result in chips in the long run. Be careful when debadging!
