Alright, logs are ready. This fuel is 1/4 93oct e10, and 3/4 89oct e0, so it's not perfect. But I do have numbers. I WAS able to get the IAM down to 0.88 at one point by driving hills in 4th, but it quickly snapped back to 1 within 2 minutes.

First log is casual driving on my way to the highway, slight hills. Nothing too exciting.

Second log is a shoddy WOT in 3rd from about 3000 rpm (if I recall correctly).

Third log is casual driving after work at mid afternoon temps up the highway on a slight grade.

Note that I got the IAM to move about 10 minutes after the 3rd log took place. Knock correction experienced once on the last log while upshifting into 5th. Happened again once later. All driving was performed on Stage 2 (91oct) tune. Tell me what you guys think here...

It's running rich after 3.6 MAFV. You'll get more power copying the maf scale from Stg1 or the scale in the Stg1 rom I uploaded.

I did. I'm running a custom scale very close to the stage 1 scale, got my AFR much closer to commanded AFR. (Which you should log in the future).

You should also try Wayno's smoothed stage 1 scale.

That lean spot in the 2nd log looks familiar. I assume you applied Wayno's load limit tables? What's your exhaust setup?

No, he's running OTS on UEL. If he had the load limits it wouldn't be rich around 3600.

PLEASE POST LOGS IN THE DATA LOGS THREAD, NOT THIS ONE. It's annoying as fuck.

Have you successfully modified the IAT compensation tables to have stable AFR under OL operation? I'm going to try to get that figured out so I dont have to run the tunes so rich just so I don't lean out with hot intake temps.

No, there's far more important things for you to spend time on before that. You shouldn't be getting hot intake temps unless the car in not moving and it's heat soaking. It will be impossible to calibrate anyway unless the rest of the tune is completely stable ie static.

I'm actually talking about +100 f* (or +40*C) ambient temps + track duty. If ambient temps are already at 110 degrees there's nothing you can do besides shooting your intake with nos or putting ice cubes in your airbox to make it run cool.

What effect does this have on performance?
Also, you got a link?

Okay thanks guys. I'll probably get to it this weekend.

Actually, just did the modifications now. Pulled the load limits from Wayno's stage 2 uel, and the MAF from stage 1.

I was trying to get those neat-o radiator fan values, but they won't copy over. Also kinda interested in the cold start.

AFR likes to linger at about 0.4 less than commanded.
