I won't be in the office until tomorrow (Monday). Also, for fastest response, please email sales@vishnutuning.com instead of me. Robert and Garret will respond very quickly. Depending on my daily schedule which often involves out-of-office testing, my response time is often much longer

As their is no flex fuel sensor tthey make some compensations to the maf scale

Open a ZA1JxxxG ROM in Romraider and the ZA1JD00G V2.04 modified ROM use the ROM image compare function in RomRaider to compare the images . Copy all the required tables to your old 700G 1.5x tune ROM and save.

This is all your responsibility though :-)

Hey Steve99,

Do you mind sharing your updated A01G V2xx ? would save me the pain from comparing maps and potentially effin it up.

Already did this cheers Steve but don't think the answer is there. When I plugged the tablet in for the first time, after flashing my Ecutek tune back to stock, I tapped 'read' from the ecu and the box was coloured, it seemed to read fine but after doing it, it was grey, as was the 'write' box and I got the message 'mode file not found, cannot create tuning file' and couldn't do anything at all. I assume it is something to do with Ecutek tune but thought I should check with the Vishnu guys to see how to resolve it and I'm not in a rush to flash this new one cos I have the header on order as well.

Ok, whats happened is
1. Ecutek stock tunes are not 100% stock, the tune tables and program is but ecutek hides some licience data in the ROM as well

2. OFT has read you stock rom which is not 100% stock, the read has gone grey as its sucessfully read the rom. so it wont read another.

3. the write has gone grey as the oft has worked out your stock rom is not 100% stock as a result it will not build a tune file from its database format tunes ie .dev file it is shipped with as it uses your stock rom as a base to build tune.

4. fix is to download the 1.5x full format .bin tunes from openflash site unzip, delete the database format tunes in oft using OFM, then load up the required tune .bin full tune files to match your calid of stock rom.

As the oft now has a full tune rom to work with it will just check the calid and vin matches and its happy to flash.

If you were on calid D00G you would need the V2x tunes .

Cheers Steve, you are a bloody legend mate! Followed your instructions and worked like a dream. Too late to take it out now but will be interesting to compare it to the Ecutek tune tomorrow. Thanks buddy.

Add another to the bogging issue.... Only thing that changed was adding OFH and moving to OTS 2.0 with that change. I was running E85 1.59 like a champ prior to adding the Header, but had to switch to 93otc because E85 ran out in my area.

The bogging feels exactly how the shitty Injen intake felt like. I'm running stock intake. Gonna wait for this tank of gas to run out in case it was some bad gas or something (Shell V) then do a ECU reset.

log your long term fuel trim LTFT see if its high at idle or where the bogging occurs. like over 10% if so you may just need to touch up the maf scaling.

Don'tbother resetting ECU it wont help, read below FLASHING-RESET-LEARNING

OK. Ill see if I can get some logs later today, I just went out to the parking lot and let it idle for 10 minutes, and the LTFT settled on 1.56%
