Had the car for 2 months no front plate and no problems. My previous car had no front plate either for 3 years and never had a problem. And I live in Irvine where they have nothing else but ticket you for stupid things. I think if you don't give them a reason to pull you over they won't ticket it.

How is this even a thing?? Lots of people take off front plates for shows. I'd fight that so hard.

I haven't run a front plate on either BRZ, so not for the past two years, and I haven't gotten any tickets. But I also haven't been pulled over for any reason.

I'm with you on that. It's just not worth the hassle of being stopped and having to deal with the cop that pulled you over. If you are going to be pulled over it should be for exceeding the posted limit
And yes it appears you are getting old

I think it depends on a couple of factor of why you would get pulled over. First if your car modified the peace officer would know that he would be able to give you at least one ticket. Another would be just to give a reason for the officer to pull you over. If he wants to be a grumpy officer he can pull you over for that reason. I think the biggest concern would be a ref ticket. That something for us modified crowd would try to completely avoid. I just put Perrin license plate relocator and have not been hassle by the police in regards to that.

I drive without my front license plate. Otherwise it's too hard to hold the steering wheel.

I paid total of $42

$17 for a sheriff department to write you off
then $25 for a ticket itself.

Bamnnn, I put the ordered for perrin license plate relocator right away
