I drive with mine on. Just put it on permanently two weeks ago because in the past, I've gotten ticketed for no front plate while parked on the street in a couple cities. I've gotten over the clean look of the front of the car with no front plate in favor of less worries and problems (man, did I just say that? I must be getting old).

I never run a Front plate, and keep the paper plates untill I turn the lease back in usually.

It's just a $25 fix it ticket here.

I run with no front plate as well. Only got a ticket for it once because the meter maids in Santa Monica are the biggest money grubbing pricks in the world and will give you a ticket for literately anything they can.

$25 for such a nice look is worth it imo. plus at work and at home I park in a garage so there is nothing cops can do there.

I haven't had front plates on my vehicles for over 10 years....................until I got pulled over in my FR-S for not displaying my front plate. Fine would have been $75, but got off with a warning. Needless to say, plate mounts went on all my vehicles!

I live in Iowa and they've recently also required that the County designation listed on the bottom of the plate be visible and not covered up by a plate frame. This is total crap, and seems like an excuse to pull you over! What does this really matter if your plate is issued by the state anyway?

Had no plates for a long time after my Grimmspeed relocator broke. After having two tickets involving no front plate(My first no plate ticket cost $25 and had to show them the correction with local police department. Second time was a $61 parking ticket for no plate in front of my own house -_-). Got my front plate relocator fixed and back on now.
