Okay, so I now have the Motiv overpipe & catted front. Also, a non-catted header will be going in the car. I'm starting to lean towards the Nameless offset, as I'm trying to achieve as quiet a car as possible @ cruise. I fully realize under it will be fairly loud @ WOT, which is no problem--since I'm only WOT @ the track ;-)
Not to mention the weight savings.

I'm hoping the Nameless will do the trick...

Nameless is pretty quiet because on top of their Axleback, they retain the OEM resonator that is on the midpipe. It is one of the top options to consider as far as quietness go.

Another thing I like about the Nameless system is that they keep to the OEM route and don't sacrifice ground clearance as other systems do.
If you decide to switch, you'll be better off selling the 1st and buying the offset, both in result and cost. Save the shipping material til your sure.

That is an option but the freight to Oz has to be taken into account.
It was shipped wrapped in paper and cardboard taped on like a mummy, not boxed, so that had to be cut off and binned.

@Snoopyalien24

I have full Nameless exhaust.

BEST quality, thought out design, sound I could find (I did WEEKS of research). Perrin is a close second on my book, but I bought Nameless and it exceeded my already high expectations.

Waiting for it to warm up so I can put on my over/frontpipe...excited for that piece, cancerous-growth-looking Helmholtz and all.

I'm in love with my NameLess exhaust. I have their regular axleback and the high flow cat pipe. No drone but still aggressive! I couldn't be happier. I'm waiting for their headers and intake now to complete the system! I've loved their quality so far.

@sierra look at this picture:

Nameless System that replaces overpipe/downpipe combines (looking at the picture) the overpipe/frontpipe into one piece. See below pic

This Nameless system does not fit RHD cars because aside from making it one piece, they modificed the part that replaced the overpipe to take a different bend (LHD cars do no have the steering colum on that side, so the OEM bend was not required for LHD cars).

The Nameless system that is factory fit (the one you ordered, see below pic), fits RHD cars because the frontpipe (which is the only part the factory fit system replaces) is the same on RHD cars and LHD cars. The Nameless piece takes the same bens and routs as the OEM frontpipe.

I hope this made it clear. Your part will fit. You bought the Factory fit option and that fits RHD and LHD cars.

But i'm talking about the overpipe on order from the FA20 club that they claim fits both LHD and RHD. A one size fits all overpipe, not downpipe.
That's why I included the email conversation where they confirmed their overpipe will fit both. Here it is again.

http://www.fa20club.com/product.php?...cat=302&page=1

Here's what they said in the email when I questioned the fit.

I notice the Perrin overpipe was made to fit both LHD and RHD manuals.
Will your overpipe fit my RHD manual and is it OEM fittings at each end?

im sure it will fit both LHD & RHD models. yes flanges are designed to
fit all the oem connections. freight will be $60.00usd to AUS

I mentioned that because Nameless said theirs is LHD specific because
the steering column is close on the RHD. So I was surprised the Perrin
fitted both.
I have a Nameless cat back and down pipe with HF cat.

It had better fit after all that.

Yes it will fit. the OEM overpipe on both RHD cars and LHD is the same. Nameless modified their offered overpipe piece because for LHD cars, the steering column is not in the way and thus here in USA we did not need the bend the OEM piece has.

Since FA20Club and Perrin are selling a piece that is EXACTLY like the OEM piece (just bigger diameter) theirs will fit LHD and RHD cars; both their offerings have the OEM bends.

Thank you!
That's put my mind at rest. I had this horrible feeling I might be the test case to see if the LHD pipe fitted the RHD.
Many thanks and I mean that cos I worry about these things.
