Agree 1000% I've had several people telling me it sounds like an expensive car when stepping on it now.

I too, am loving the sound. It really brings out the boxer rumble in all the right places in the RPM band.

OK, today I was driving next to a cop down Division street, and ended up right next to their cruiser at the stop light. He motioned for me to roll down my window and asked me where I got my exhaust, said he loved it. ... LOL

Absolutely. It doesn't sound like a Porsche, doesn't sound like a WRX/STI, and doesn't soundlike an inline 4. THe more I drive it the more I like it. At first it was improvement over stock, but now I actually like it. Can't wait to put the front pipe on and hear what happens.

I haven't been to this thread in awhile but that talk about the gasket two pages back, is that for the axleback or for the downpipe/overpipe?

I got it with the Helmholtz (Me personally wanted it as quiet as possible).

Nameless calls it downpipe/overpipe so why not (Though I like the simplicity in frontpipe, I'll give you that )

I installed my Nameless axelback this weekend and I'm having the same issue with the passenger side tip sticking out about an inch more the driver's side. I tried to get it adjusted every way I could before (and during) installation but once the flanges came together the tip came out. This doesn't bother me that much but I still wish it was even on both sides.

Sounds amazing, though.

Another way to even it up if anyone has access to a machine shop. Set it up so the connecting flange face is perfectly at datum for an even skim and then move the right tip to the correct position pivoting about that flange.
Now a skim across that face should set the angle perfectly when it's mounted back up.

get underneath your car and figure out which hangers arent hanging straight...and then get a pipe and gently bend the hangers on the exhaust and re hang again. Im willing to bet if you move the two passenger side hangers towards the rear of the car 1/2" it should even the problem out.
