No FR-S yet. Dealership stated that they found chipped paint after the dent was repaired and would need some paint/clear coat. They are trying to source me another one now. Hopefully they can find one in the next couple of days.
I think I'll have to redo all the paperwork since this is under a different vin. Sigh...so anxious to drive it but it's getting frustrating. |

Bought a 2015 Firestorm FR-S about 10 days ago. Firestorm wasn't actually my first color choice, but I was able to use that to my advantage in the negotiating process. They threw in a set of TRD lowering springs at no extra cost.
I'm a former AP1 S2000 owner, and I'm also currently the proud owner of a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a few mods (here). The one thing that has drawn me to each of these vehicles is their active aftermarket support. I see all my vehicles as a blank canvas ready to be customized. Currently, my FR-S has the rear-deck spoiler and the TRD lowering springs. I have a set of Toyota badges on order. My next mod will probably be the TRD Quickshifter. Looking forward to being a part of this community! Including pics since we all love pics: ![]() ![]()

Hey everyone,
I've been lurking the forums for about 2 months now. I finally just got my 2015 Firestorm FR-S a couple weeks back. Still in the break in period but loving it so far. Its amazing how it makes even the commute to and from work fun. |

Welcome!!! I've only had mine for almost two months. I do agree makes driving to work fun. I work about 2 miles away but take the long way to work to have some "quality" time with my car. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hello all. 4 weeks ago I traded in my 15 WRX 6mt for a 13 Firestorm Red FR-S. Since 2008 I've owned 5 WRX's, 08 VW GTi. It was a tough decision at 1st being such a Subaru fan boy. Got to say though I'm glad I pulled the trigger and just like past cars I have owned, the mod bug has bit me right in the ass. So far every stock part I have came across has a Subaru part # so my conscious is clear in that I haven't strayed too far from my favorite car manufacturer. So far I've relocated the front plate with the Perrin Bracket. Installed some cross drilled / slotted rotors and brake pad upgrade that I had sitting in a box from one of my 2012 WRX's that never got installed due to a wreck. Hopefully this weekend I will be installing my AppRadio3 and getting rid of the Bespoke Unit. I commute 180 miles round trip daily so I tend to go through cars quite often. Although this car I think I'm going to keep awhile. Absolutely Love It.

First of all welcome and I like you already for your user name. Just had to say that. I'm a fan of Subaru too and it was a hard choice for me as well. I love the twins equally. I think you'll be happy with your car. I've only had mine for almost 2 months and I'm loving every minute. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Welcome and Enjoy. I have had mine since Aug. 2012 and while she's not my DD, I hardly ride my Concours anymore. And when I get in and settled, my first thought is still "Honey, I'm home". This will be my last new car, unless I get another one.
