they could also let trucks do the same speed as cars to get more cars to use right lanes because they wont be stuck behind a truck. i think it'd be safer if trucks were keeping with the flow of traffic

god , finally ... i hope this happens long ago , most of the time in seattle area i pass people from the far right lane
 , and sometime i had no choice but using HOV to pass a guy a head of me doing 60 on the left lane .
