Just an FYI, (I don't like using the forum for any kind of self promotion)

We have a Black Auto in stock, and both a black and a blue manual enroute (ETA Nov 21st) Both manuals were originally sold, but are now available.

Got my show shoes on today! They're on 15 spoke silver aluminum wheels. Wasn't sure about them but I think they're growing on me. I'll consider it my winter look. lol. You'll know it's me if you see me, that's for sure!

Snows will go on next Monday for me. I usually get it done by Protreadz on Fountain. I suppose if I actually owned a torque wrench, then I would likely do it myself. This is only my 2nd winter with winter tires. Thankfully my 09 Corolla XRS that I traded in has the exact same tire size as the FR-S.

What did you do for the starter and how much did it run you? I was looking into this one but it seems like most places only carry specific/older models.

I had the viper 4203v installed on the frs just wanted a basic two way remote start,on my tundra I have the viper 5904 with the smartstart that is pretty cool but too pricey for a leased car.Demandred7 I had the winter wheels from my 2011 corolla that I used as well they fit no problem just had to get new lug nuts as the thread is different from the corolla to the frs

It probably looked a little silly, but, I just used the chrome lugs from the alloys on the steelies. I would presume that I can do the same with the FR-S OE lugs, but, I guess I will find out soon enough.

Seems my car is in Toronto and should be in town by Friday give or take a day. Then a couple days for licensing and paperwork. So pessimistically speaking, I should have it before the end of the month. Best case would be this Saturday by the sounds of it.

Confirmation (an exact date for taking delivery) will be Wednesday.

I AM READY.

As it turns out, Corolla steelies don't quite work for the FR-S. The steelies I had on the Corolla are apparently a hubcentric design and the hubs on the FR-S are larger than the Corolla.

They are ordering specific ones that should come in tomorrow and I'll have to put the old ones up for sale. I also ordered lugs for the rims too. There's a quick $300, but, it isn't as though I have a choice.
