I have a MT, and i have seen absolutly no difference in sport mode, it does enable a very bit more wheel spin but still kills power when you go into a drift 1-2ed . again my car is tuned i have no clue how it feels stock.

i believe the OP is referring to 'sport' mode only available on the AT, not the 'VSC Sport' mode that's on both. if you have a MT, you don't have a 'sport/snow' button in the middle.

Gottcha . ive seen that button and wondered why i dont have it, its like the usb plug that most 86 models have below the nav / radio in the bottom right corner , my brz has it in the most retarded spot IN THE GLOVE BOX ... i dont know who thought that was a good idea but i was speachless. ..... i want that dam snow button too :P just for looks.

I was a bit jelly when I noticed no sport or snow button on my car as well

But driving the MT; some times in flat areas I start from a stop in 2nd gear for smoother acceleration (since first is so short) and notice the MPG indicator showing 9 MPG. So a higher rpm gear might be easier on gas.
