@Reaper that definitely sounds like the route I want to go. You'll have to give me a ride lol. Part of me keeps saying go sc so I can do all the supporting mods but turbo just sounds so tempting

Definitely interested in going this weekend. It's been a while since I've been up that way for a drive, been waiting until I got a car more suited for those curves. Also it'd be nice to meet people in the community

More suited for the curves? Do you have gas in it? It's ready to go man.

Have you tried pushing the frs/brz in corners yet? Seriously, after our TOD/deals gap trip. I can honestly say I've never had more fun in hair pin turns before. Car stayed planted and had plenty of power to power out of the turns in the upper rpms

I've been looking for an excuse to head up to the mountains. Only had the car less than a month. In the curves around where I live it seemed to do pretty well in the excuse for curves we have. Had already planned a trip to TOD for my birthday weekend next month with my friend who shares my birthday.

Should I get new pads? I was thinking of just getting the stoptechs, or will the stock be fine?

I'm still on factory pads. Will probably need a new set soon though. The TOD tool a lot of life off mine. Granted the slowest we were rolling was 48. Hard braking entering turns, powering out, straight to another hard brake. But seriously, take the car in its pure stock form, and drive it. As long as YOUR not dumb, the car will do just fine. Now I gotta go run the TOL when I get off work. Ya'll making me miss the curves lol

Amen! People underestimate this car in its stock form. I've never enjoyed driving so much as with my bone-stock FRS, going around those mountain curves like it's on a rail. It's like the best roller-coaster ride you've ever been on. LOL

Seriously looking forward to this weekend, looks like we've got quite a crowd building up!

There's one of my stock car on the TOD. We were at ~48mph in that turn. Never once did I feel like the car wasn't planted. Except one turn, I went into it without breaking trying to catch up to my buddy, even then just let off before the apex, corrected my angle and powered on through.
