how much for just the rear left coilover? Can you part out 2 bump stops??

Everyone seemed to be worried about the 3 bolts on the camber plate so I picked up a replacement bolt. Its the same bolt, with a lock ring, and washer. The only difference is that is it black instead of chrome.

What's the tallest height these can adjust to? I don't want to lower my car very much just fill the wheel gap until after winter. Will you ship to Saskatchewan Canada?
