Sell singles if they are worth money, otherwise just sell as bulk on eBay or to a site like troll and toad

So... my cube is almost done. Down to several cards. Would anyone be interested in cubing? Cube is a peasant (common/uncommon) only cube. I've done some Winchester drafts with it and it's a lot of fun. I think this cube is great for all skill levels. There aren't any insane power cards in it. I've found the cube to provide a pretty even field to players.
For those who don't know what cubing is... check out this link: http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazin.../intro_to_cube In short... each player is given 3 piles of 15 cards randomly from the cube. Everyone looks at the first pile, or pack, and drafts one card. The remaining cards are then passed to the left. You then look at the pile that was passed to you and "draft" another card. This is done until there are no more cards. For the second pack, you do the same, but instead of passing left, you pass to the right. The third pack will have everyone passing to the left again. After you drafted your cards, you will be build a minimum of 40 card deck from the pool of cards you drafted. Typically players will use 23ish cards from their pool and 17 lands. You can use any number of basic lands and lands are available to everyone. So... if you are interested in learning to play Magic or cubing, let me know! All experience levels are welcomed. Just a casual thing. |

For those who want to cube... my cube can support up to 8. People who want to cube don't really need to bring anything other than some dice, pen/paper, and maybe a playmat if you have one. Doodle is here: http://doodle.com/rp3yv35v7mmagy85 |

yeah 10:15 is way late for me
-- I work with some stupid developers and am always exhausted after work -- let's do something around 8-9 maybe somewhere public.. office settings are kind of unsettling. |

I pretty much stopped playing after Avacyn, but I like the set so much that I decided to buy a second box.
I haven't opened any of the Conspiracy cards yet, it was an impulse buy. It would be cool to bring with though if we end up getting a magic night planned. It sounds like it's designed for drafting 4-8 players. I'm such a collector now, I honestly can't remember the last game I played. It was probably on Magic Workstation now that I think of it! Edit: I also really like signed cards:

That's fine also. Suggestion on a place and time? I can't think of anywhere open that late. The other option is we can meet up at one of the local game stores on a weekend.

This would be ideal for me -- either that or we find like a coffee shop that we can raid for hours as long as we buy food or drink, they don't care. I think a good time would either be weekdays early or weekends slightly later (8-9 PM) Card stores are quite rare, but Legends in Cupertino is nice and lets you play. I would not suggest going to any asian cafe stores as they are dirty coffee bean and tea leaf is nice too, on at first or anywhere else. Last edited by CamryDS; 06-16-2014 at 04:47 PM. |
