No need, I have a bunch already I can bring. I ordered vintage deck protector sleeves too like the first kind you could get back in the day - for the full vintage magic experience.

Bonus pic of my BGS graded 9 Moat - which is supposedly worth around $400, if you can get someone to pay that.

So do the new cards and the old cards play well together? or do new cards have to play with new cards vice versa

Before i started getting laid was all about mtg back in the 90s. Sometime around 98 or 99 sold my power 9 and library for under a grand, granted they were mostly unlimited and beat minus one or two, have been kicking myself since.

Haven't played in well over a decade, and not really played heavily since 98 or 99. But still have a binder with 40+ dual lands, moats, mana drains, abysses and loads of other stuff.

been debating on wether to put on ebay or hold onto longer.

You can play with any mixture really, but the newer cards are going to quickly overpower the older ones so it wouldn't really be an even match.

Trust me if you read the abilities on the old cards I've been posting and think they sound strong or powerful, and then you read some of the newer ones, you would flip.

Wow, you have some really nice cards there! I'd say don't ebay them, but make some fun decks and play with them - too bad you aren't out in the bay area!

Thanks, Made very good money for my age at the time, and did a ton of trading up/ tournament winning at local card shops.

Mostly was into t1. Used to play the mirror universe deck back in the 90s, it was just absurd if you had all the cards. Very hard for anyone to consistently beat, especially after sideboarding.

Old friend that had moved to seatle told me a few years ago about how its a nostalgia bar type activity out there with all the people that played younger. Friend around dc has similar situations and crowds to play with.

Here i'd be the 30 something year old weird guy hanging out in card shops with teens.

I remember those guys when i was one of the kids. Not really my thing.

Back then one of those guys had a pos barely alive 80s camaro. He also had a full set of unlimited for playing, and a mint beta set he kept in a binder to take around and show off.

I hope that guy held onto them long enough to buy a house with the shit.

That Berserk reminds me of one of my best wins ever. Tiga, Mox Emerald, Black Lotus, Bloodlust, Berserk and a creature card that I do not remember anymore. My one and only first turn win. The look on the other guys face was priceless. Those were the days! All my cards went to my sons and are now sold but one of my sons started entering tournaments again recently. Too bad we are not in your area. Have a great time.

O_O

I wish I kept all my old stuff also so I didn't have to pick it all back up to play Legacy...

If you ever put it up on eBay or want to get rid of, let me know.
