The email I just got said they will be running clockwise all day.

Accommodations:
Sunday night the gate for camping will be open until 7PM. DRY Camping, only porter potties and bring your own TOILET PAPER. It's very windy there, if you have a tent TIE THINGS DOWN. Camping at the track is free. Camping is on pavement or rocks. there is also camping outside the gate, and it is also on the same rocks that's on the inside of the gate. Be warned, there are snakes outside the gates.
Would've interested me, but my reservation is non-refundable. Looks like either way, I'll be staying at the Super 8.

Man I wish I could make it out there with you guys next weekend. I am going to the CSCC event at PIR on 9/27 though. More people need to sign up for that one. The events I did at PIR last year were way better than the one I did in August since we had so many 86ers there. This last time there was only 3 of us and we were all in different run groups so there was no hanging out, at all.

I was there yesterday, car felt great with the new tires and I was able to improve my best lap time by 4 seconds!!!..that's huge I will post videos and some pictures from the event.. for those who are considering to go there I think I still have a couple vouchers.. I would definitely recommend you to take a look at the ORP's website since the ORP club events are not posted on motorsportsreg's website

Also, there are couple hotels in Moro, and the "Craftsman Inn" is may favorite in those two.. I will be using from now on since they're pretty close to the track and family owned good quality place, they're also pretty reasonable and offer a great home made breakfast with a small extra cost..

You got the second email. The first was asking for input as to direction and if we wanted to change direction after lunch. Anyway, I'm glad they have chosen to stay with one direction.

I can't go. Camberplates are out of stock everywhere, and my alignment is shit right now. I have positive camber in the front, and coil spring wasn't set it right so its super springy/bumpy and car pulls to the right.

I need both parts to arrive/install so I only need to do one alignment.

You may want to rethink that. Lots of entrants in Group A only 4 instructors. It's been suggested that they run a "pace and chase" format. One instructor paces 4 or 5 students, with each student getting an opportunity to follow directly behind the instructor. Good format to learn the track when there aren't enough instructors, but a bit of a weakest link thing, the group is only as fast as the slowest driver. Drivers running independent of groups are not allowed. This is not a for sure, but with only 4 instructors and a bunch of inexperienced drivers I wouldn't bet against it. So you know I have a bit of inside info, my brother is an instructor. If you can, I'd change to Group B.

Happy, was just confirmed in Group B.

It'll be my first time at ORP so will be taking it easy and requested an Instructor.

I'm not 100% but most likely will get an early start and drive out Monday morning.

Looks like its 3 laps under yellow then run your own pace, but I'll contact the organizers to confirm.

I'll certainly be changing if that's the case. Sounds dreadful.

I don't remember having a choice of A or B when I signed up 3 months ago. Looks like I'm in group B though. Based on what you guys are saying that may be better.
