As a general rule, small changes in runner length have very little effect on FI systems because the air is being forced through the runner instead of drawn as it is with NA systems. Diameter can still make a noticeable effect, but minor tweaks of length, not so much.

On a side note, I received an updated tune to factor in the power blocks. On the "butt" Dyno my car seems to have more power again up. I guess we will see

I would be shocked to see any significant gains from the blocks with a turbo.

If I have Catless Headers already (Open Flash). The rest of my exhaust is stock, will the provide noticeable improvement?

Third Party Testing: Crawford Billet Power Blocks (BPB / Manifold Spacers)

Yes. OFT should have maps for the power blocks too

Did you dyno after turbo install/tuning but before the BPB, and again after BPB with no other changes?

I'm not saying they won't work together, but I am saying that I would be shocked to see any significant (outside the normal variation between runs) from running the BPB with a turbo.

Here is mine before I had the plugs changed. I was close to 50,000 miles before she blew. Bill from delicious tuning had to let off of the throttle because it was miss firing.

Those charts are useless for seeing what the BPB do to a turbo car. The only way to show it is with two charts (ideally on the same day). One before BPB, one after, nothing else changed.

Should be great to use with a nice set of camshafts and a retune
I'd love to see this installed with HKS high duration/lift cams.

The HKS cams are real mild just FYI. And quite expensive. I would no call them high duration or lift as they barely increase the lift over stock. They are designed to be used with OEM valve springs. HKS sample power graph shows very small gains (10 HP @ the crank iirc and that was WITH a supercharger). This is a lot of money to spend for a tiny power upgrade in an NA engine.

If you were upgrading your cams typically you end up shifting your power band up at a higher RPM in which this modification will actually start to hurt you. This makes the intake manifold less efficent at high RPM. When I did testing with a full exhaust and an UEL catless header the top end was fairly low. The mid range was quite nice but the top end was pretty rough... I plan on removing them and re-tuning the car without in the next few weeks.
