What would you recommend I do??? I asked them to send me a final invoice by e-mail and they did not...

I just sent the dealer another e-mail to send me a final invoice outlining everything I will be paying for before I come in tomorrow to pick up the car.

The dealer is probably screwing with you, but as spastic as you are here I can't even imagine how the dealer must feel. Don't be surprised if they take a dump in your gas tank.

Just sent an e-mail for a final invoice listing all the services included, etc.
I also asked them to let me know if the detailing includes paint correction...

This is all really pissing me off. Maybe they are trying to take advantage because I don't live in Nanaimo?

The Opti-Coat that's worth a damn is Opti-Guard (formerly Opti-Coat Pro) and is only sold to/installed by certified professionals.

Otherwise, yeah, they're probably fucking with you.
I think I misheard the guy on the phone. They are using DiamondKote

How is this for paint protection & detailing?

Hah you can give me a thumbs down all you want, but the fact that they're now doing Diamond Kote instead of Opti-coat just tells me even more how much they've pulled over on you. How much are they charging you for this again?

You do know that this is nothing like Opti-coat and will be gone in a few short months. It's the snake oil of detailing.

Refer to my above post: you're being fucked and you're just bending over and taking it.
