TRD quickshifter has been recommended by many members as the choice that would cause the least potential issues.

I love my WC Lathewerks shift knob, but I'm sure other heavy knobs will do the job as well.

Short throw - If you don't have an aftermarket driveshaft, the TRD quickshifter kit is quite a good piece, without the rattles that come with some other setups.

Reverse lockout - Raceseng seems to be the way to go if you don't want to deal with re-installing the slider pin. I've got a Perrin on the way, which also seems to be a good design, with O-rings designed to hold the lube in place. Beatrush and Mach V also have units that look pretty solid, but seem to lack some of the extras that you see on the Perrin and Raceseng pieces, but they don't have the branding, which is nice.

Shift knob - WC Lathewerks (fully custom knobs) and Raceseng seem to be the cream of the crop. I really like the idea of the new set from Raceseng that have the steel core for weight and the duracon (plastic composite) surround to help keep heat/cold off your hands.
