Short answer, in a heartbeat. Absolutely transforms the car to what it should have been.

Thanks, will look into that ASAP. Trouble is finding the stuff locally....

There has been a TSB for this for awhile. This is a Scion/Subaru issue, not a Jackson Racing issue.

The question is not if it is a Jackson racing issue or Subaru issue. This is an issue that has hit a lot of people and I wanted to know if people have had this happen while using the Jr tune and how they got it taken cared of. I'm hesitant to take the car to a dealer since they will take one look at the engine bay and say the warranty is void. I'm going to have to fight and show them that stock cars are having the same issue. Some have said having Subaru/scion reflash stock software can fix it. In that case I will have to reflash the Jr tune.

Find an accommodating dealer. Call multiple dealers, and talk to a service rep with full disclosure. Discuss with them that you are indeed supercharged, but are having an issue that has an existing TSB, and are willing to pay the diagnostic fee (you should be). If a problem is diagnosed to be under warranty, you will get that fee back.
