They work well enough to help keep me warm on a cold autocross day. Not as good as my friend's 05 Jetta or my parents Accord, but they work.

I guess the seats in the BRZ are the same as in my GT86. The seat warmers barely produce any heat at all. I'll ask tell the dealer to fix it on the next service.
