I can't stand driving around with heated seats on. They are great in the freezing cold to warm you up but once my but reaches "normal" operating temp I always turn them off.

Note: don't have a brz yet this is based on every other car I've driven that has them.

Heated seats work fine for me. Comes in handy on cold mornings for about 4 months out of the year here. I'm not really sure what people in this thread are expecting out of heated seats - they're seats, and they heat up.

I think what people want is a seat that heats up so much that you can cook bacon on the seat?

Yeah mine are great as well. I've owned many different brands of cars, and all have been on par with these.

Wait. Mine works really well. It's always on.

The best thing about heated seat is having it on during the track session in the early morning with windows down.. the heated seat is a must for this car. LOL

I wish they had seat coolers instead. I'd use that damn near every day

Mine work fine but seem to be butt sensitive. While I leave the car idle to get warm during the winter with the heated seats turned on they don't start warming up until I sit in them...guess its a safety feature!

Driver side: Works fine.
Passenger side: You have heated seats?

Time to visit the dealer for a service check.

Mine feel really warm sometimes, and sometimes I don't even realize they're on. I just wish they were more consistent.

They aren't the best but they get the job done. I was never a big fan of heated seats but I don't think I will ever own a car without them now.

My parents have an Audi A6, those seats will burn a hole in your pants hahaha

Same, the BRZs get warm enough when you need them, but they are inconsistent.

The ones in my dad's A6 can get quite hot

I'm perfectly happy with the heated seats in the BRZ, high gets hot, low stays nice and warm which is perfect after hockey or crossfit.
I never turned up my GTI seat heaters above '2' on the settings. Nice and toasty already.

Three or nothing.

Or if you really lived dangerously you could vagcom them to remember the setting when the car was turned off and on again.
