Going to test some ceramic coatings for our Brz/Frs turbo kits. The second one from the right supports over 2000 degrees and is a thermal barrier, reducing external temps by 60% and decreasing spool time. The one on the right reduces temps by about 30%. The others are ceramic coatings, but are not thermal barriers.

Here's a few pictures of the inside of our up-pipe. As you can see the alignment is perfect and everything is packpurged and welded cleanly. No unsightly power-robbing gaps.

This is a VERY impressive turbo kit, I like it a lot. If I was interested in turbo, I would be highly considering this.

I love the piping layout, very intuitive. It's also built out of really nice stuff, just the way I would do it. Perfect turbo selection too IMO. If I changed one thing, I would make the wastegate recirc back into the downpipe, though I'm sure this is a configuration you would be able to support. I had a dump pipe for a while on my last car; it was fun for a while but then it got annoying!

Nice job guys!

Thanks, it's funny that you mention the recirculating wastegate. I ran my car with the external dump for a few weeks. It's fairly loud but not crazy. We needed to jig up the recirculating stuff so we modified my car to be internal. It's much quieter now with no noticeable loss in power. Here's a few pictures. This option adds $250 to the price of the kit. I've since taken the wastegate apart and relocated the boost line to face away from the turbocharger.

Definitely a pricey kit for not including any fuel components compared to your competition of Full Blown, P&L, RevWorks, and MAP. I really like the intercooler piping and the fact it allows the use of the OEM fans. Can we get some more detailed pics of the driver side fan clearance?

I will take some pictures of the fan clearance tomorrow. I won't comment on the prices of the other vendors' kits other than to say that if you make an apples to apples comparison of the parts in each kit you will find ours to be competitively priced. Many of the other kits use cheaper, journal bearing turbos, most do not have Tial turbine housings, etc. When you add these options to their kits they come out very close to ours. Could we build a cheaper turbo kit? Sure! We chose to make a high-end turbo kit, though. We do not want to try to compete at the bottom of the market. The way I see it, that market is pretty flooded. We want to target the customer who understands the benefits of our higher quality parts and who knows that the best parts cost a little more but provide that extra boost in horsepower. Think of it as Rota vs Volks.

That being said, the kit is modular. In the future, if the high-end market does not pan out, we can always make an entry level turbo kit with older technology and less expensive parts. We prefer to be innovators and use the best products available rather than copy what others have done, though.

I want this sooooo bad I'm just too afraid with trying to keep the stock warranty intact.

That being said, you other people should buy this kit! I've dealt with Adam and his guys at Revolutions Performance and they don't joke around Super friendly and helpful too! Going to be getting my stage 1 NA tune, exhaust (headers+header back), pulleys (I don't trust myself lol), and final drive gear done there hopefully veeeery soon

Here's a picture of the fan clearance on the driver's side. No signs of any melting at all.

As I mentioned before, this kit is modular and we are offering a naturally aspirated option for people who aren't ready to go turbo, but want the option in the future. Here's a few on car pictures showing the fitment of the NA Header. I will post some dyno sheets soon.

Only 3 Kits left at our introductory pricing. We are hard at work building more manifolds this week. I should have 3 more kits ready to go by the end of next week.

Figured I would bump this up. I took the car to the track last night and ran a best of a 13.8 at 106mph on the stock tires. This is right in line with what new 5.0 mustangs do up here at 5000ft above sea level.
