I recommend flushing once a year if you're using a racing type fluid, or when the pedal feel starts to deteriorate (gets mushy). On that note, I managed to accidentally boil my Torque yesterday

n00b Q:
Does racing brake fluid need to get flushed more frequently (ie: doesn't last as long) than regular ordinary non-race type fluid? ...or does the race/high-performance stuff actually last longer?

Under race conditions or any spirited driving conditions, absolutely.

For purely street use, it generally lasts about the same as normal stuff.
