we have some and have done some mods already...;-)
the car is 3" lower and matt drove it and liked it...
We have custom topmount solutions front and rear with a tubular front lowwer control arm with roll center, bump steer and anti dive correction too. stock camber curves, stock suspension travel (some changes to the compression vs droop %'s)
I even think it looks nicer dropped so low!

For those with this suspension, is adjusting ride height on the kw v3 as easy at it seem? loosen allen screw on perch -> adjust with spanner -> tighten allen screw?

What is the reason for using smaller spring diameter on the KW V3 compared to OEM?
And why are most (most?) OEM springs larger compared to aftermarket coilovers?

Plus the smaller diameter coilover springs are usually linear rate which tends to be better from a performance standpoint.

Car looks good robi but what's going on with the hood?

Speed holes, my good man. You know, because racecar.

Who else has actually driven the FA's on the FT86? I'm looking at the FA's, KW's, and some even more expensive models, but if a casual, non-performance trained driver like me can't notice the difference between the FA's and the KW's, then is the additional price increase worth it?

singe adjustable = most over the pacific coilovers (98%+)
Double adjustable = KW not only do they change ride quality/grip when you twist the knobs. you can TUNE them to what YOU like..not what you are Shipped..
the differance between single and double adjustabe just cant be gotten around.
Who else makes a double adjustable in the KW price range???

thanks coming from you (who actually knows and understands these things) your comment means ALOT.

here was my inspiration the stock hood is NINE lbs!
where you going to find a vented FRP hood so lite?

so we cut louvers in it to get the trapped air out.

years lol I have been back to re corner balance race cars with KW's springs and no change in free length after full seasons of racing/DDing. ANY spring that changes its length will continue to do so just a slower rates. Coilovers with the springs that "settle" have JUNK for springs.
