Totally reversible. What you do is unplug the turn signal harness (the three wire harness that connects to the actual bulb). Then take out the locks that hold the wires in the connectors (should be white plastic pieces). Then pull the green wire out. The green wire is what powers the parking lamp to stay on. Without that wire, it is simply a turn signal.

I'll go ahead and remove the metal contact points for the parking lights filament. Which one would you reckon is it? Top or bottom filament?
