I dont think shorte springs are a good answer as the stock shocks have limited travel and 5 " may leave you sitting on the bump stops under compression.
Ic, thanks.

What do you think the adj range for the fronts are? (or, what's the lowest you can go in fronts?)

Did you install the new 6" rears yet?

Please update with review and pics when you get a chance

I think the fronts should be good for 1.5-2.0". There is plenty of adjustment room. I haven't installed the 6" rears because I am thinking of exchanging them for 375#. The rear is a bit stiff and bouncy, and launches the car on big dips and bumps. I will post pics once I get everything settled as now the car sits only 1/2" below stock height. Replacing the rear mounts might also free up some adjustment room, but I haven't found any yet.

Not necessarily, when compared to say Sportlines or other lowering-springs, if adjusted the same lowering amount as that lowering spring ...because the space/distance between the spring perch and upper mount, will be exactly the same between a GC sleeve kit adjusted to 1.5" lower vs a 1.5" lowering spring. So I don't think it really matters how short the spring is in regards to travel (unless you're lowering it more than usual lowering springs). (and I said in regards to travel only ..not taking into account performance characteristics from # of coils and length of spring... which I am sure can get much deeper technically). A 1" shorter spring seems to give the correct, and also a decent range, in adjustment without making it too short and should have come with those lengths in the first place.

I installed the 6" rear with 440lb, I would not recommend them unless you get a set of shocks that can handle them... They feel way smoother than the 7" springs, but now I bottom out on big dips and bumps instead of being launched into the air... and it oscillates like a motherfucker... The stocks shocks are just way to soft for them.

I haven't measured how low it is right now, but I don't think I'm under 1"... might check tomorrow, but I do have about 1/8" maybe 1/4" left of drop at the sleeve.

Wow. That sucks. I was hoping the 6" springs would solve the problem if drop. I was going to get 375# rears, which may help with the oscillation. I think 440# is way too much for the stock shocks. Have you trimmed your bump stops ? I'm going to cut my losses and get some coil overs. Anyone have a suggestion for reasonably priced coilovers? I don't want to spend 3k on some KWs.

It did drop more than the 7", with the 7" it dropped only 1/2" at the very limit, with the new springs I'll probably be at 1" when at the limit...

I'm gonna cut my loses as well and get some coilovers... it's cheaper to just sell this kit and get some coilovers than buying a set of shocks to match the springs
