Garage
15 N to 76 E, left at the fork for Rincon, up the S grade at Palomar, down the E grade, over to and through Mesa Grande, out by Dudley's, down the Ramona grade, Bandy Canyon, upper Highland Valley Road. Choose your poison: 1) head home down the 67, 2) go left through Ramona toward Santa Ysabel, then Julian, onto the Sunrise Highway, then down the 79 past Lake Cuyamaca to the 8.

1st choice is about 3 hours or so, with one lap one way.
2nd choice is about 5-6 hours or so, lap time only. Freeway time will add more.

Don't abuse the route, stay on your side of the road and have fun.
