Ouch these prices in this post are brutal, just picked up my 2014 WRB BRZ, and only pay $343/6mo. 30yo, home owner insurance with same company(Progressive), no accidents/tickets. In AZ.

I pay $91 p/m on a one year policy. 41yo, divorced. Home insurance with same company. Seem to be the cheapest I could find. It went up from a little over $60 per month I was paying fro my 98 M3.

Reviving this,

2013 Breezy Limited, No accidents, No tickets *lawyer on speed-dial* :P
Age 25, single male.

Currently pay 112/month w/ State Fraud (went up $26 this 6mo installment!, only thing I did was get older. Also there is no discount when you turn 25 like they lead me to believe.)

Did some searching for the same policy with different insurance companies after this encounter. Exact same coverage/changes listed.

State Farm (current) = $112/mo
All State= $112/month.
Liberty Mutual = $312mo/ same policy + Subaru Advantage) LOL!
GEICO = $77.79/month + additional $25k on BI, UI, UnderInsured and additional 5k on medical payments.

HAHA, easy to guess which I bought. $433.11 for 6months makes me VERY HAPPY TODAY! Now to tell my current to piss off.

For my area I've always found progressive to be cheapest. State farm has always been a ripoff here.

22yo college student here. No accidents or tickets.

The joys of being old and on USAA. I think I (32/M/married/house/2 cars) pay $42/mo for the BRZ with reasonable deductibles. Mostly clean record other than a hail damage claim.

Before I totaled my BRZ () I was paying around $90/mo for my coverage through Liberty Mutual. $250/deductible for collision, $0 deductible for comprehensive, $1,000,000 liability coverage. I currently have 4 insurance points and one other car on my policy. 33 yo single male, homeowner, 1 small single car accident ($1500 damage & 1 point - hit a cone harshly autoxing) and one medium single car accident ($5000 damage & 3 points - foot slipped off clutch [engine revving in warm up mode] and car hit pole in garage).

I plan to replace the spot in my garage formerly held by the BRZ with a Cayman S. Already got an insurance quote for that - $35/year increase.

One of my insurance points will come off my policy when it's up for renewal in February (point technically came off in July) so my rates should go down 20-25% anyway

Assuming the VIR and autocross incidents were timed events, what insurance company do you have that covered that?

USAA...$602.00 (includes multi-car discount). I have two Subies. Total coverage for two cars is just over $1000.00 per year. If you can get on USAA, I recommend it highly. It requires that one person related to you has served in the US Military or Coast Guard sometime in their lifetime. Not everyone can meet that, but it you know anyone in your family who has worked for the military (even in some civilian jobs with the military) you can get approved. They do have quotes in the system for this car and require no manual rating.

I didn't really pre-shop insurance; but I did call my insurance guy to get an idea of the premium increase to expect... I kind of forgot what he said because that amount wasn't going to change my decision to buy the car.

My monthly payment for a high liability/good coverage policy is $70
for a 51/male w/statefarm no accident/tickets

It's probably worth my time to shop rates. I've recently been moving everything over to USAA and the car insurance will likely follow.
