Yeah I disabled mine on my STi. You just have to fool the sensors and unplug/replug it real fast.
EDIT: lol the "nintendo cheat" posted up was by me on iwsti... but I give thanks to the guys on legacygt forums as I learned it there on my 07 legacy gt.

I haven't studied the seatbelt holders in this car but I once wrote a little instruction on how I silenced it in a few of my previous cars. Might work the same way here, don't know for sure though.
Open up the enclosure that holds the driver side clip counterpart (usually by removing a few small screws). If you study the mechanism you will notice that the circuit that sets off the annoying beep is actually based on a closed loop, that gets interrupted if the clip is inserted. The small grey plastic lip (indicated by the black arrow) sinks down between the two metal lips (indicated by the white arrow) opening up the circuit and shutting down the beep. As soon as you unclip the belt the grey lip comes back up, the two metal lips connect again and the beeping will continue. ![]() So now all you need to do is take a set of pliers and bend out one of the two connecting lips about 2 millimeters so that even without the grey lip inserted it doesn’t touch the other one anymore. The system will now indefinitely think the clip is inserted and the beep is gone forever.
