Me personally I went with buddy club just to be different. Everyone here in Washington has the toms, and I hate being part of a cookie cutter trend.

Crystal eyes are really nice. I have the clear toms and love them, but I may put a light smoke on the clear lens so it doesn't stick out too much.
Buddy clubs if you have full body kits/heavily modded. Tom's to keep the OEM look Tinting/redding out stocks to give it a custom look. I like the OEM tail lights once the chrome parts are hidden.

I wish I would have sent hat picture earlier today! I went with the clear Tom's too, but I could have saved an agonizing hour.
Excuse me while I drool over the BRZ head lights... |

I had a hard time deciding between the BC and TOM's clear tail lights.
For any modification you make to your car, I would try to think about it with regards to the rest of the mods you'd like to add to your car, or the vision of what you'd like for your car to look like after (most of) the modifications have bee achieved - that way you can save yourself money in the long run. I went with the BC tails and I was stoked about them. I love the beautiful dark red of the light, and the black housing. Another nice thing I like about the BC tails is the black covering the top part of the tail lights. The sequential blinking on the BC tail lights is awesome, and I can tell you right now absolutely no video can do them justice. They all end up looking fuzzy, overly-glowing, and yellow/orange when in fact it is just a really nice crisp red that goes through the cycle. Most if not all tail lights also look worse in any photos that aren't high quality because the images end up showing a bunch of reflection on the housing that you don't see that way in person. It's also just personal preference I think Tom's clear tails look fantastic on the lighter-colored cars, and the BRZ for reasons people have mentioned, but I think the BC tails fit my asphalt FR-S perfectly and help add a bit of an aggressive look that I''m trying to achieve.Again, for reasons I've covered these awful iPhone images don't do them justice, but if you went with either the Tom's clear tails or the BC tails you've made a great choice IMO ![]() ![]()

Not hating~ The other day I crossed path with an Aventador on the road and the first thing that came to mind was, "I'd be so embarrassed right now if I'm running BuddyClub tail lights".

Those look great on the asphalt! I'm really interested on the progressive blinker, but you're right, the videos weren't very impressive.

If your holding out for the Spec D headlight (which IIRC have a huge led brz-like boomerang then either of the TOMS light will mirror it perfectly.

I just don't feel insecure about things like that - I just think they're great, and a well-designed piece of equipment, but I don't think they're the worse or tackier of two things simply because something similar came before it. To each their own!

I like Buddy's Club tails, but I read that they had issues. Check it out:
