You should do it. I've gone to K1 when I lived In the bay Area, it was fun but up in the Bay thy have two gas indoor kart tracks. I prefer the gas karts but K1 is still fun.

Yeah i'll go tomorrow in irvine i'll try k1 first then maybe gas karts soon

It's $20 for 1 race (14 laps) + $6 for an annual license which includes headsock, helmet, and online access to your race results.

What I bought was 3 races for $45 included everything (helmet)

i'd be down to go as well.

electric carts = instant torque and no fumes in the face

you actually get timing there and there are electronic safety precautions on each cart as well.

The carson go karts are a joke. I had my 8th grade birthday party there, which should tell you something.

I was planning on going to K1 after I go back home next week and get my helmet. Nothing wrong with the K1 helmets but I like my helmet as I don't have to wear a head sock and know that no one else has used it.

If you guys go this week or next week let me know. After I get back from a weekend trip home I'll let you guys know when I go.
