Not quite, they give you spade connectors. If you're savvy you can clip the small side and just plug them into the stock harness, little electric tape around it to protect the metal, good to go. That's what I did anyway.

Yep. I used the insulated spade connectors and connected them into the OEM plugs.

We installed the FB radiator and shroud with the Spal fans and temps are unmoving at 204 no matter what I do. The shroud really makes a difference.
The other radiator I had with no shroud was running 220 with no load, and when the fans died it got too hot instantly. The FB radiator/shroud/fans is MUCH better. |

It wouldn't do any harm. The thermostat will just open earlier but once it is up to temp, it will just stay there.
