The Camry was also lowered enough that the guide-rails at the start of the car wash meant I was running on the bars all along the floor panels ![]() I took my Corolla through a touchless in Toronto ahead of a Darknights Show in Markham - but there was less exposed plastic - it did grey up the roof bits that were black though ![]() The FRS will never go through one - too low to start with and second, I think Vlad would come to my house and beat me up! ![]() Recycled salty water also doesn't sound too appealing. I'll wash my Yaris in the laneway on a warm, sunny winter day. |

I think I'm gonna stick to the Suds carwash on Merivale from now on.
That, and @Simon99 's driveway.

I usually mix and match both and try to order by 200$ batch to get free shipping, but yeah, autoobsessed more than eshine, trust the boss (aka Slick)

What's ship times like from Autoobsessed? and do the self-serve car washes around town let you bring your own gear and use their heated bays?

As far as using car washes, as long as you feed their meter with loonies I don't see a problem really.

Has anybody ever thought to compare our cars to an NSX?
Ok, it's 20 years old and will have a bunch of mileage. Look at this ad http://www.kijiji.ca/v-cars-trucks/b...ationFlag=true The guy is asking $38k. "but Corey, our cars are so much cheaper!" Think about the fact that before any fees an Aozora retails at $31,395. Yes, still a decent price difference. The seller would likely take $35k, at which point we're about $3k more. The car is "high mileage" and 20 years old. But it's an NSX. A supercar. With Honda reliability. I'd love to see a head to head comparison of the two cars on road and track. I would assume the NSX to be faster in straights due to the higher power, but who knows when it would come to lap times. /enddreams
