Not for the faint of heart

5 hearty souls out last night for the final, frigid outdoor meet of the year. Looks like there will be plenty of add on's next year to look forward to. Good news, my balls actually came back out of my body this morning. Man was that chilly.

Two of us went to Slick's last night, and I can say with confidence that I was fully descended the whole time

Smile For those owners that don't autocross or track

Was just going through the maintenance schedule and it suggests oil and filter changes every 16000 km's once you hit 40 000 km's.

@Pbrown, you still need to do the oil and filter every 8k. After 40k they alternate the oil/filter service with the "MAINTENANCE" service, which includes oil and filter.

I see what you mean about winter tires @Pbrown. Swapped the wheels this morning and I have to learn to drive all over as the winters slide around the road.
Thinking of backing off to the OFT 91 tune instead of 94. Or maybe I just need to behave.
Looking forward to put the 245 Contis back on in the spring and fall for the car all over again.

BRZ maintenance schedule for US models recommends Oil and filter change every 3.75 months/6000 km.

BRZ maintenance schedule in Canada is not even available on the web site (other models are on the site) - genius support/marketing.
The online owners manual references the warranty and maintenance booklet and that is not on the site.
The warranty and maintenance booklet recommends oil and filter change every 6 months/10000 km.

IIRC, my manual says 8k, 16k, 32k, 48k, 64k, which is an interval of 8,8,16,16,16,...,16

Speaking of "oil and filter", do people ever change the oil and NOT the filter? The dirtiest oil in the system is at the inlet of the filter. Makes sense to change it every time.

That's what I was pointing out. Right below it is the "Maintenance" service, which also includes oil and filter.

Not the best way of conveying the information, but i'm used to reading crappy documentation.

Put the winter wheels on the winter car & did this to the FR-S:

Those tail are cool
I think they only look good on a white car IMO
Be neat to see them at night sometime
