Hi Guys,
So I am in Toronto this week on business. Normally I take a company car but took the FRS down instead. I was supposed to be back on Wed night but work dragged out here.

So I decided to check this Ertefa meet in Woodbridge since I has heard so much about it and was still in town tonight.

It makes the scenes from F&F look tiny compared to this. Every car you can think of is pretty much here from Beetles, to Ferraris and everything in between including a beautiful Ford GT and a rare Lancia Delta Integrale. Only 3 FRS including mine (Ottawa represent!).

Here are some pics: (sorry for the crappy quality, didn't realize the resolution was set so low).

The Lancia

Ford GT of course, they are huge!

Trying to blend in...

A couple of inexpensive Lambos, lol (dime a dozen here)

FRS with Enkeis

Damn I wish I had set a higher resolution!

Beautiful Beetle

2 Impalas - one with 13 or 14's, the other must have 25's!

I think your hands were shaking for that one picture

On a completely unrelated matter - does anyone know an easy way to get rid of salt stains, or a good local place that does it? After one winter, my upholstery is a mess.

CT has a salt stain remover in the Simoniz brand I think, it's pretty good. Spray it on and put a damp towel over it to make sure it doesn't evaporate too quickly, then use a canned upholstery cleaner (one with the built-in brush tip) to scrub the area or a steam cleaner if you have one. Dry with a towel to remove excess moisture, (leave windows down if you can too) and you should be good.

Vlad at Upper Class Detailing got rid of my salt stains 100%. The car interior looked and smelled like new when he was done.

Ok OK. A couple of things. You parked in the perfect spot. Your car makes all the others around you look bland. Would have loved to have had a shot of the passenger side of the blue car with the accessories on it. Road trip anyone?

Never used Simonize, but I think it only covers the problem and does not get rid of it. You need to use a carpet extractor to extract all that nasty salt and dirt embedded in the carpet. Good luck

Yeah, well the only way I could get a shot was from high up, too many young lads crowding around like they had never seen women before, lol...

Also, has any one else had horrible experience with the bluetooth phone calls? Every caller complains that they hear themselves in an echo. Is there a fix for that?

Thanks guys,

Hai Geoff!

Btw, Geoff is a fellow instructor with MCO and knows his way 'round Calabogie quite well. That video of the FR-S and STi at Bogie was with him at the helm of the STi, lots of fun.

He is also a great mortgage broker and will work hard to get you the best deal. If you're in the market for a new home or just a mortgage renewal, call him up. Be sure to mention that I referred you, lol.
