At the toyotafest now. I'll be wearing a maroon "tanaka" shirt. Look forward to seeing some members here! And of course the FRS and 86.

Got home about an hour ago. It was an okay event. Pekingduck's car was in the parking lot at 1030am, and ppl seemed to walk by without even know what it was haha. And inside, I heard someone address the white FRS near the Cusco vendor "What's that? Looks like a new TC."

Lots of classic cars that brought alot of nostalgia, namely the 80s celica and the Previa van, cuz my parents had those when I was a kid. Fondled the Hot Lava FRS, and was SOOOOO disappointed with the interior (aside from the broken wiper knob). Everything's so plastic. The BRZ seemed so much better. I guess I'm just over MY honeymoon phase for the interior lolz. Comment: the carbon fiber dash thing felt like cardboard, and when I tapped it with my finger it sounded like cardboard too The HPI FRS kit was there. $225 for RTR = spensib for poor college students like myself. They raflled 'em, but I guess only registered TORC members were the only eligible ones, or ppl who bought raffle tix early on. Not too many vendors, and not too many freebies. But Lexus did give away free "custom" silk screen tshirts which was pretty nice . American Apparel tee too, so ultimate quality and well worth the 45minute wait in line haha.

Oh, can someone tell me what "Medial Dogs" are?

Anywhoo, lots of pics to share:

Nice i stopped by for a little bit before i had to meet up with some people. But it was great finally seeing an FR-S aside from Ken Gushi's. Saw the boys from Beat Sonic there, the antenna does look much better and smaller in person, i might have to scoop one up myself. I actually really like the Hot Laval colour, but now that i've see the Whiteout, i'm fully convinced i made the right choice. It's a classy colour.

Oh yea, completely forgot about my visit to Beat Sonic to speak to Sam Cho the account manager. So apparently there's a GB going on somewhere on "the FRS forums," he said. Would that be OUR forum? Also, he mentioned that the BRZ might get a different one due to different sized antenna housing or something, fyi. The DGM colored one was nice, as well as the SWP one, I must say.

Ask me to put my car in there, but I work that night, so I couldn't get there before they closed the gate off.
