Rear: -30mm to -35mm

I did not swap out the shocks, still running stock shocks.

I have not gotten an alignment yet, but its my next priority once funds and time are available.

Well that is above my expertise, but I would assume that since most cars come with a natural rake from the factory, i.e. the rear is higher than front, that would be the purpose behind the lower settings for the rear springs to get the car level with the ground. But that is 100% assumption.
