Yes Mark, that's me, I sent you an email yesterday along with the pictures.

I actually live in Vancouver, BC, Canada as well. I usually make a trip down to WA to pick up parcels once every couple of weeks.

When picking up the Tom's and bringing it over the border, I actually received tax and duties. In order to compensate for the tax and duty fees for the replacement Tom's, are you able to ship them directly to Vancouver, BC, Canada this time.

I just ordered a set a couple of days ago before reading this...my order number is #8936...will my lights be inspected for all of these defects before shipping out to me?

Hello Mark,

I have sent you several emails and never received any replies so far.

I am still wondering on the replacement Toms. I had a friend with similar defective issues with Toms, and even upon receiving the new set of replacement Toms, there was defects.

I would like to receive the replacements first before shipping my defective set back. I want to make sure that there are no defects with the replacements.

Please let me know as this problem is dragging on for quite some time now.

DEPO , which was supply these to us known of the issues and are trying to get them resolve. They do offer 1 year warranty so during this period, any defect will be cover.

We are trying to communicate back and forth with them and it does required some time.

Received 2nd replacement set of Tom's and same issue with the defective side reflector still not fixed. Also received same $111 brokerage fee. $222 in total now with defective Tom's

Please advise, thanks
