Lol i'll let you know tomorrow. But since its a meeting/party i probably wont do the whole hand above head. I dont want to give out the impression that i am trying to hard.

Almost any bowler will follow through that high, at least even with your head. It's fairly common and you won't look out of place.

So I'm planning on buying a new ball. The one I have now had a very small hook and I'm looking for something that has a heavy hook. Any suggestions on brands? Any brands to stay away from?

I can't say for sure as I don't have experience with it yet. But I am buying the Brunswick mastermind in a couple weeks. Supposed to have a nasty hook.

let me know how it works for you! I was actually looking into that ball and am very interested in it. From everything I have looked at, it does have a mean hook to it.

EDIT: Were you looking into the Mastermind, or the Mastermind Genius?

Used to bowl in leagues back in the day, highest average was around 210, left-handed, no hook, never could master it. I was all about power, but when I missed it was ugly.

These days, go maybe a couple times a year with the family and lucky to break 150!

My favorite bowling game though is still duck pins, although its pretty hard to find them any more.

Just the original mastermind.
