Separate question for you: are you going to be running an accessory AOS/catch can?
The kit uses factory routing, except where the idler is added for additional belt wrap around the supercharger.

As you can see, it's SUPER easy to inspect the belt. The factory tensioner holds the belt in place, and the belt itself can be replaced by just lowering the tensioner, same as stock.

Big pulley is the crank pulley

Silver = alternator. Down/right from silver = pulley added by the Supercharger. Right of that is the supercharger itself and its pulley

Top pulley is the AC pulley. Left of it is the supercharger.

Datalog from lap 5 on RS3 and Jackson Racing Supercharger (this is to make sure everything is nice and toasty).

The system runs COOL. We still need an engine oil cooler, however.

Lines are:

- Coolant temp (never gets over 200F)
- Intake Air Temp (as measured by the car)
- GPS speed (proof we're not putzing around the track)
- Throttle body position
- Brake pedal position

I thought that the JR Kit came with an oil cooler to sandwich with the Intercooler?

That cooler is for the Rotrex Traction fluid/Supercharger oil.

Bought a complete engine assembly and swapped it in on our own dime especially when the datalogs have shown the engine was never abused (never even launched or bounced off redline...LMAO). F'you Subaru!

Hey thanks for the thread. I just bought my 2013 brz last weekend and been reading a lot of stuff on this forum. Seems like there's so much great stuff to read and learn.

Guess this is the 2nd brz you are working on? Do you think it's a bad idea to go FI on a 2013 model?

Keep up the great work! Thanks again for the great effort.

Minimally, if any. We think the prototype CSG spec Tein SRC should work perfectly with the added power

You'll be just fine with FI. Make sure you're properly tuned.
