Bit dissapointed with the price, might as well go with the FA20club catted EL header, which is just 70 bucks more and has upgrade-ability to turbo...

This is the lowest it will be sorry guys, American made, and again there is hard costs in the material that don't go down. Normal price is 949. Simply can't go lower that 899 and at that price we're almost giving them away. Shipping, packaging, labor, material, rent, etc are not free.

Love how people say "take my money" and "I don't care the price, I'm getting it," then they complain when the price is set.

Any idea how much coating would cost?

Sounds good to me guys 👍. Just a question now on how long the $899 pricing will go on for before it goes to $949. Thanks again!

I support FT86 SpeedFactory when they say this is a great price. Made in America is always going to be more expensive (but better quality). They are bringing a great product that a lot of people have been asking for. It gives great power gains, really helps correct the torque dip without tuning, and has the potential to still pass smog in most if not all states (CA and NY will still have issues as always).

Considering most high flow cats for OBDII cars are around $500+ often not including an upgraded header, this price is great. A OEM Magnaflow unit for newer cars build into the header usually runs $650+. They have spent a lot of time and money on making a great product. Considering most companies would probably charge over $800 for a catless header that made this kind of power, $899-$950 is very fair with a HFC. I still think a little over $1000 for this would be a reasonable price for what you're getting. On top of that, a 3 year warranty (are you kidding me?)...this is awesome! I know what header I will be buying

$899 is reasonable price to me.

Look it this way it comes w 3yrs on the Catalytic converter for the original owner. Lifetime on the header against cracking and etc for the original owner. For $900, you can get rid of tq dip w simple bolt on that a lot of owner hate too.

Gotta be optimistic

No 6 month wait on ours. Was referring to the other header mentioned.

We hope to have these shipping by the end of January for the first batch.

So how are we all going to figure out who's on the list/in line for the first batch?

The ceramic vs metallic core cat is still a sticking point. I really would like to see some EGT testing with and without a SC with both cats. There really needs to be a catted FI friendly option for this actor I'm just going turbo. This car NA just can't make the power I'm looking for.

And I am also willing to pay the price premium for the metallic core cat. I know there are others willing to as well.

This cat is rated to over 5L of flow. And our header is designed for NA applications. Turbo kits typically include a manifold with them and never a cat in the way of the flow.
